I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean. Should I change topic name or something else ?

Please read this thread viewtopic.php?f=180&t=402324 and post the data requested there here, in particular DxDiag and the Vulcan info.
A save would also be helpful.
Please also tell us if your game has been modified.
Without the data from your system, no help can be provided.

I rework first post and add additional information about my PC and dump file. Also described game version and list of installed DLC. I didn't add save file because it is unnecessary, my game crashing on startup. Could you review it and sad is it enough to help me.

Your crash isn't coming from the game. It's coming from something called "EZFRD64.dll", which is apparently a driver for handling rumble, vibration and force feedback. You will need to try and find drivers that fix this problem. You may also find that you can solve the problem by disabling that feature and/or removing or renaming the DLL file.

Thank you very much for your help, I found the file you mentioned, it comes with the official drivers for PXN-2119. After I deleted it, the game was started
