The issue seems to got demonstrated here. But I'm not sure if its exactly the same bug and developers still need more info related.

Adding and confirming modules to a station and then removing some of them and confirming as well leads to distinction between the required amount of resource in "Plan Build" menu and the real trade offer construction storage generates. Here's YT video:
