Problem with Custom Start (Budget)

Hello everyone.

I have a little problem with Custom Start (Budget). I was playing on Naji Takio's "Project Genesis" profile and got a good result, so I decided to play around with Custom Start (budget). I had a lot to spend in the startup creation options... I played even more on this profile than on the first one. Now when I look at the Custom Start (Budget) option, I have starting statistics as if my progress had been zeroed...

I wonder if it's because I copied all the saves from the egosoft folder to another backup folder and deleted 7 out of 10 saves (the ones I didn't use)


Loading a save does nothing...

Maybe someone can help??

if you have the latest save file in appropriate game folder then game should parse in normally. But may be you expect more than game can offer. Go to this page to check if you've done enough deeds for limits increase.

Deleting saves has no impact on your budget. The files that do impact that are userdata and userdata_signed, especially the later one. So if you deleted those then that is what removed your progress, some intrusive Antivirus Programs also are known to cause issues.

As mentioned above you can load save to get your progress back.

But why didn't this file supplement my current game progress? Because in the current game (save) I have more progress than the previous one



The game started updating my progress from the current game, I see differences in the options. Relationships from 990 increased to 1410
