X52 Pro HOTAS issues?

I'm just trying to remap the controls and I'm having issues with a directional button on the throttle. For some reason, X4 isn't picking it up.
It's the directional pad just below the top left button & wheel.


Does anyone have experience with this? I'm trying to remap strafing to that.

Did you get anywhere with this?
I have a Thrustmaster HOTAS and it has a windows program for configuring and testing all the buttons, sliders and switches.

If your Logitech has the same, does the button work outside the game?

No I haven't, and yes it does work outside the game. It's mapped to strafing in Elite Dangerous. I'll try and configure it in the program for it though, I might be able to map it to keys X4 will detect.

I would be interested in a solution to this as well.

I use the X52 throttle and in Elite:Dangerous I have the same control set up for strafing. I am having the same problem in X4; it just doesn't seem to see the inputs.
