(6.20) Sanctuary of Darkness pathing bug
Even after you have completed the highways for the sector. Trade ships sometimes proceed their pathing through hazardous area of the map (they path straight through sector), and get killed because of this.

Please see the very first thread at the top of the forum for the information you need to provide with any report you make. In cases like this, a savegame is an essential part of that.

Re: (6.20) Sanctuary of Darkness pathing bug
I have been trying to get a savegame from suitable position, but haven't been able to do it yet. As maybe 95% of the ships take a desired route through highways. When my ship has sometimes explored at the middle of the sector, loading earlier saved game has always ended up with ship taking the desired route, so replicating this issue has been hard. My quess is that as ships tend to collide often in this sector (exiting highways, ramming eachothers and then start spinning after collision).
Gamestart is smugglers paradise. No mods.
I'll post more if I get better save position where this have just happened.

There might be some further useful info in this thread from the beta forum, but most of the threads I have seen since then imply that there can be initial problems if the player is on the ship as a passenger or is escorting it closely when it enters that sector, and that sometimes an AI L ship's escorting NPC fighters are still at occasional risk.
