[Bug][6.2] Covert Operation - Smoke and Mirros

Hello,

first of all: in German the mission is called "Operation Blendwerk", I hope I have translated it correctly.

I'm stuck at the briefing with Delilah Shiratori, who just says:
"What are you waiting agent, go. The safety of Solar system depends on it".

After that it doesn't go any further, I've already looked for the mission ship from the following quest, but unfortunately I haven't found it.
