I built this station years ago, and set it up with 114 ARG L.Plasma, 6 ARG L.Pulse, 256 ARG M.Flak and 24 TER L.Beam (I still have a save file from a month ago with the correct setup I'm writing this from).
Then either yesterday or the day before when the station (Gate Defense - Nopileo's Fortune VI) fired on a SCA under protection I went to switch off its turrets to avoid reputation loss and noticed all the turrets had changed, even to turrets that I do not have blueprints for. This isn't the first time I've noticed this happen as I've had it happen to a station that was still under construction before (Tharka's Ravine VIII - CAB Mega Defence Platform). It also somehow decided to build missiles without me putting in any user feedback in to it either.
I've loaded the save that I have where I spotted the wrong turrets and moved my character over to it for your ease.

Just a question, are your station turrets set to a level preset for their population with weapons, or did you use a custom setting and populate them yourself by hand or loadout profile? I'm just wondering if somehow adding in DLCs or updates has triggered a preset level to relook at different turrets rather than sticking with what were there before - this should not happen on a custom preset.

I do one module by hand and then save the loadout template, then use the template to set up the rest if it's a station that I built without turrets to begin with (like this station as it's a very very old station).
With the mega defence platform that I built for CAB, I'd use the template on the first defence module and then copy + paste the module.
I have deleted a few old loadout templates that I'll no longer use (Stuff using ARG Plasma instead of PAR Plasma for example) and I also wondered if that was a possible cause but dismissed it as a possibility due to the CAB station changing on me as I do not recall (could be wrong) deleting any loadout templates during that construction.

I'm also watching some destroyers target a station OOS and the station has no operational turrets (no drones etc either), yet the destroyers are taking damage.
