6.20 Bug Quest "Away from Here" requires docking at xl docking bay (Wrong target dock selection confirmed.)

Quest "Away from Here" requires docking at xl docking bay, despite it being a basic beginner quest (and no xl ship required for the quest). Docking with my S size ship leads to the quest target person not being there and the quest not executable. Save is here: https://pixeldrain.com/u/LZBYF25g

With the quest active, if you go into any teleporter on the target station after docking your S ship, does any destination on the teleporter menu show as yellow?

The only other thing that I can think of is that the station currently has at least one non-functional S/M dock for some reason and so the room where the target NPC will spawn (rooms being directly associated with S/M docks) may not exist (yet). Obviously if this is the case then you wouldn't be able to dock your S ship at the correct S/M dock either and so this is unlikely.

EDIT: OK, tried your save and the mission is indeed bugged as it should have chosen the S/M Maintenance Facility as the target dock and not the XL one. There is no sign of the target NPC on that station as you cannot dock there to progress the mission and spawn the NPC. I would abort it and try another mission in the meanwhile as the devs have your save to see and investigate the wrong dock target.
