Mouse Drag in map not working

Mouse wheel zooms, clicking on object selects it but dragging to position map not working.
I'm sure it's in the config but am a bit lost.

I'm still not sure what you mean by "dragging to position map"? Are you referring to panning the map, similar to what happens when you used WASD keys with the map open? I don't think there's a specific setting in the controls menu for mapping the mouse to this, but if you've accidentally mapped the Mouse X and Y axis to something else in there, then that might prevent it doing what it normally does. I played around with it a bit but I couldn't make it do (or rather not do) what you're describing.

Sometimes the map gets unresponsive for me. I use ESC a few times to back out, then use the map hotkey again, and everything is fine once more.
