Numanckaret Bust Not Appearing With Kingdom End Story Chain Completed via Custom Start

As subject. Numanckaret‘s bust is not in the PHQ with the Kingdom End mission chain unlocked and completed on a custom start. All other trophies/busts are present.

Hoping for a fix as this is my big completionist playthrough. Are there any save file work arounds, or possible upcoming fixes? Thank you!
