[#1445][6.20] Additional Gameplay Station Construction Tutorial stuck at 'Plan Build' - Fixed in a future update.

Bug Description:
The 'Station Construction Tutorial' of the 'Additional Gameplay' tutorial start doesn't progress.
The mission is stuck at the second step of the mission, where the player is meant to open the 'Plan Build' menu through the context menu.
The construction window opens as expected but the mission doesn't progress further than that.
There are no voice lines being played and no visible tutorial indicators for the player.

Hi, thank you for the report! Do you happen to have a save game where the mission is stuck? When I try to reproduce the problem, I get the menu highlights and hint boxes, as intended.

In addition, could it be that you started this "Station Construction" part of the tutorial once before, but then teleported to a different part, and came back later to start the construction again?

Another thing to ask/mention: when you tried to reproduce the problem, did you do so in a game with enabled or disabled DLCs?
This may be an issue exclusive to installations that have the Cradle of Humanity DLC either disabled or not installed, since that DLC changes a lot of the tutorial's environment.

The save game I uploaded is from an installation with disabled DLCs.

I have now tried the following:

• Enable all DLCs and start a new Additional Gameplay game -> Tutorial flows as intended and continues with the SETA introduction etc
• Enable all DLCs and load the save game from the installation with disabled DLCs -> Tutorial remains stuck
• Disable all DLCs again and load the save game -> Tutorial remains stuck

Thank you for the excellent instructions! This problem will be fixed in a future update. The changes will only take effect when you restart the Additional Gameplay tutorial, though. Sorry for the inconvenience.
