Factory not producing

So after a quick search, it seems that it is a legitimate bug, and has now hit me.

So for my case, I'm a bunch of hours in to a game "Young Gun" start, I haven't started the storyline with the data leak yet, so still just running solo. I've started building up my fleet to a couple of ships at noticed that I can't build any more M size (or bigger) as there are no turret components available. The one ARG Turret Part Factory still exists (hasn't been destroyed) and is trying to make things. So one thing that I figured out what you could do is get a "Logical Overview" which by itself is pretty neat. In looking at this, all of the resources to produce are just listed as "???" It's like this for all of the subcomponents, the manager, the crew, everything. I'd hate to go redo everything as I don't have a rotating save, just been using the "Quick Save". I'd love to try and help figure out the bug if some info is needed.

To make an additional note: This is a plain Vanilla version of X4, I do have "Split Vendetta" and "Cradle of Humanity" available, but this is just the Young Gun start. I went back to my oldest save game and checked the factory out, it still has the broken data, so it looks like it was broken from the start, just enough inventory everywhere to allow for builds. The real question is "Is there a way to fix the station or recover the station linkage and data to get things working again?"

I do believe you need certain rep levels to view all of the logical overview of the other factions. That's the case in my game which is vanilla.

It is completely normal to have "?" in the logistic view of NPC stations. You need to raise your knowledge of that station, typically by scanning the modules. You should see an "information unlocked" line when targeting the station. The higher the % is, the more info you will get in the logistic view.

Without a save there not much to go on to investigate, please provide one where teh issue can be identified.
