Music playing no matter what

DLC : Split vendetta
Modified Game(i tried uninstalling all the mods)

Nature of the problem: In game Bug

For some reason, when opening x4, i hear Kingdom End menu theme(i dont have kingom' end dlc)in menu and in game no matter what, Music and other audio sliders don't work.
I tried reinstalling the game, uninstalling mods but nothing seems to work.

Was your reinstall of the game 'clean' (ie did you delete the X4 game folder before fresh reinstalling vanilla so as to get rid of any corrupt and modified files that the uninstaller would not see or remove)?

The only other thing I can think of is that your save is reintroducing the issue because the corruption etc is now embedded in it. Does the issue happen with a fresh vanilla gamestart?
