[#1337]6.10 Can't dock XL or L ships to Honshu

I'm suddenly having trouble docking my L and XL ships for repairs at my Honshu. I had a couple ships waiting around for about an hour to repair until I finally teleported over to take a look in person. When I tried to manually dock it gave me the error that the target has no docks fitting your ship size. There are no ships currently docked on it.

I'm not sure if there is just something that I am missing or if this is a bug. In the mean time I've got an Atlas slow boating across the galaxy to come fix these ships for me.
