[6.10] Finishing terraforming projects out of sector.

You can start a terraforming project, teleport the PHQ to a new sector, and it will still complete drones and finish the project for the original sector.
The drones will wander off into the new sector (not in the direction of the planet in that sector) and disappear, often in the middle of the sector rather than the edge.

Linked below is a save where the PHQ is completing a Zoo project for Getsu Fune, but the PHQ is currently located in Ocean of Fantasy.
