[6.0 H5] encyclopedia reports unknown as free families police authority

In-game encyclopedia reports unknown as police authority for free families, even though quest line implies that it’s ZYA in beginning and later CUB (or free families themselves?)

I assume it’s because there’s some custom logic & jobs, and not true police authority settings (similar to segaris also having unknown authority even though there are terrans patrolling in PIO space), but thought id’ mention it in case it’s changeable anyways.
