Without links to your DxDiag and Vulkaninfo as per the Sticky at the top of this forum, we have very little chance of being able to help you.

Thanks. Your DxDiag is showing that you probably have some device driver issues. You are having many LiveKernelEvents that are usually (but not always) down to a driver, and your X4-related issues are to do with a Vulkan dll (part of your graphics driver suite). While you have the same latest Nvidia WHQL version driver as I do, it may be worth doing a clean reinstall - or an update when a new WHQL version comes out.
After your graphics driver reinstall/update (because graphics driver installs usually reinstall their sound driver), I would use Device Manager, Sound/Audio Devices to disable any *sound* devices and drivers that you do not use (you have 3 devices/drivers). Right-click on a device in the listing for a disable/enable pop-up. If you keep the Realtek onboard sound device then their driver can be updated to something like 6.3.9600.2342.
Good luck!
