[6.10 MTS/6.0 HF3] Prospecting missions quantity completed without valid volume

Hi.

As you see I have a mission to find 0.75km3 Methane position in 18Billion. However if drop the resource probe in the exact position the ship is, the mission is completed even if the probe is reading 0.20km3 Methane.

However before this is fixed maybe have a check if the requested value (eg 0.75km3) exists in the sector? Because in the past (pre 5.0) wasted hours trying to complete such missions even outside the borders of the map (like on the save above) as the requested value didn't existed.
