I've noticed that when switching from craft to craft that some of them have there analogue 'Primary Axis' (Roll) and 'Secondary Axis' (Rudder) reversed.
I'm using a single Thrustmaster 16000M flight stick.
I've included a couple of save to illustrate the problem.
The craft tested (so far):
Sunder (Gas) Vanguard - Correct
Nova Sentinel - Correct
Minotaur Raider - Correct
Hemes Sentinel - Correct
Crane Sentinel - Reversed
Osaka - Reversed save
Discoverer Vanguard - Reversed
Katana - Correct save
Dolphin - Correct
Barracuda - Reversed
Piranha - Revered
I'm sure other players could, and will, add to the list.
I known it's been around for some time, and that is more of an annoyance than anything, but at the moment; while I'm awaiting other things to be fixed, moving between various craft, rather than sitting in one bucket all the time.

It's supposed to be like that. The game chooses which movement style is more appropriate based on the ship's capabilities. There's an "Adaptive Steering" option in the game settings to disable the dynamic selection if you don't like it.
