I tested +reload 68% on damage mod (in video), mistral, as well as cowboy +90% reload and even cowboy -30% reload. All three seemed to cause the same issue that consecutive firing of the laser nearly doubled the spool up time as in the videos. If waiting for the cooldown to completely end + some seconds then start spooling the laser (first shot) it works fine, only then.
Nor does the sound effect for the laser firing up match the actual firing of the laser at all, which at first made me think it just broke the thing entirely

Mods tested;
Slasher: positive or negative to reload speed causes subsequent laser firing spool up time to be vastly increased, audio unchanged as well made me think it was broken at first.

Cowboy: Only gives reload speed, positive or negative resulted in same results as above.
Mistral: Same issue from reload speed change, cant even take advantage of cooling increase because spool time being doubled. (Probably a useless mod to choose for this anyways.)

Charge time - works correctly, but spool sound doesn't change so laser fires "early".
