Unable to dock.

My ship left me behind missions in which the destination is a Boron Guppy the docks are full making me que for docking... Only been able to dock when ship is attacked and it launches its support ships.

We're not going to be able to help you without any information. The very first thread at the top of the forum (the one with "Please read this before posting!" in the title) tells you what information you need to provide. In your case we will also need a savegame in order to have much chance of seeing what the problem might be.
