[6.00 + KE] SCA Minotaur Raiders killing my traders regardless that they are set to comply

Since the 6.00 launch, I'm losing traders into the hands of SCA raiders regardless of that they are set to comply. They launch they cargo, but the SCA ships attack them anyway.

See the savegame, the PSW TM-04 Vulture Sentinel (NEQ-981) in Second Contact II Flashpoint is being attacked by the SCA Pillager Minotaur Raider (LLI-902), regardless of that the captain has dropped the cargo.
