[6.0 H1] Crewmember remains on board of my ship dispite being transferred elsewhere

This crewmember decided to stay on my Hydra dispite being transferred to another ship in the same sector. Originally, they sat on at the navigation console when I tried to make them move, but they decided to rather stay in my ship:


I had transferred them to a captured Phoenix destroyer. Even after several minutes, they refused to leave my ship:


This is on an online save game, I don't know how to share it. Also, I did a venture later on which saved the game, so I doubt that the issue persisted for long.
