[MTS BETA] [BUG] Crew do not receive skill ups from ventures when paused

So I had to leave the house for a while and while I was away I connected via steam link to my PC to run ventures while I was away. I am not good with the controls using this method, so I kept the game paused, and I had to leave with a squad of Khaak right by which I had multiple missions to kill, and I didn't want to lose the opportunity to do so, as they have not become very bothersome in my save, nor do I have the forces available to patrol mining areas to farm kills that way.

By keeping the game paused, I mean pressing the pause key as soon as the screen goes black in a load so it loads the game paused (I love this feature, do not change it, a lot of things can happen in the fade in, and keeping it paused is critical to avoid missing them)

Then sending out a venture. There seems to be code to not have a venture return when the game is paused, as I have noticed that that 7minute timer for my Yasur passive scouting, is often nowhere near 7minutes when it finishes if the game is paused, and it checks a few seconds later once unpaused.

I don't know the reasoning for this, but there seems to be a minor (minor as the number of other players who would encounter this I expect to be very very small) bug here, because after I send out the venture the game saves, and since it doesn't naturally check if the timer has expired while the game is paused, and I wanted to keep the game paused, I did something else, I loaded the same save which seems to force a check of the venture timers, and thus send the ship back out on another. After doing this a few times, I realized my crew isn't skilling up. I eventually resumed the game and saw 1 set of skill ups instead of several.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Send a ship with some crew on a venture while the game is paused.
2. Wait for it to complete.
3. Load the same save paused as described above to keep it paused as soon as you load in and trigger the return as described above.
3. Send the ship out on a venture again.
4. Repeat as many times as you wish to lose crew skillups for.
5. Unpause the game and get 1 venture's worth of crew skillups.

It's bad to roll the dice on the lives of these poor nameless slaves *ahem well treated employees* in the multiverse if they don't at least gain experience for this abuse *ahem gainful enterprise*.
