You have to wait for the release of X2 - The Threat or some of the forthcoming X News to find out, unless Steel cares to answer this himself. We in the know (beta testers etc) are bound by a NDA and can not say much unless sanctioned by the guy on top

you mean he hinted of a ship that mines

since it is also known that we can fly around in atmospheres, we are able to assume some sectors have planets in the middle or a little off-center. As who's going to fly out 9800 kms just to hide from a ship, that is unless speed and jumpdrives have been improved
