6.00 HF1 Warp effect doesn't shows when you are not sitting in the pilot seat

When you go through the gates piloting (or use teleport), you get a "warp bubble" (light blue circles) effect in your camera. When you are not piloting, for example standing behind the pilot, or seating in another seat, effect doesn't appear. Because of that it doesn't cover instant change of loading objects with broken flash instead of skybox planet texture for a split second.
