Boron Station Modules - Standard Presets not working

It's as the title says. The presets low, medium and high are not working for Boron Station Modules. They either do nothing or fill up the turret and shield hardpoints incompletely.

I am on Version 6.00 HF 2. (Bug existed in HF 1, aswell)

Edit: I have removed all mods and verified the game files on steam. The Bug persists.

I did a complete reinstall of the game and even deleted all save games and custom presets. The problem is still there. And it's only the Boron Station Modules.

Any feedback would be appreciated. Even just to know, if I'm the only one with this bug.
