[RES][#1101]Boso's evil twin, Signal leak in Queens Herald start..

Queens Herald Start...after 20 hours played...scanned my first signal leak apart from the HAT quest. Boso reported... that he is ready to get into Heretic's End with the headquarters in order to flee from the SPLIT...

I've seen something similar in my new game starting fresh as a Herald of the Queendom. No mods.

Having left the Boron sectors I claimed the PHQ and started researching.
I then flew around in the Commonwealth and eventually saw a data leak on a random station. It was surprising to see Boso's Twin do his new PHQ intro before being interrupted by his Split captives.

Some time later I noticed I had a new message/mail Monisessas Yooses Yoyunis V from Alliance of the Word inviting me to the Heretic's End to study the gate with the hope of activating the gate. (?!)

It's like the Herald start isn't excluded from initiating the non-Boron PHQ and Kingdom's End plot lines.

My question now is what will this parallell plot mean for my save game?
I've already noticed I am having trouble finding the missing Paranid envoy, but that might be due to me misunderstanding the mission or a different bug.
