I don't want to divert this thread or anything, but can someone actually explain to me what "Girl power" actually means? (In referance to the Spice Girls, when they were saying that at every press conference and TV show).

that would be since the fight to gain the right to vote (sufrajets (sp?))

the single biggest mistake in the male genders history ;-) :-P [checks over should wife isn't present and simply hopes she doesnt read the forum from work]

well that and openly admiting that
Vacume cleaners do not make us sterile,
Irons do not explode when held in a manly grip seing as they are designed for women,
and that washing up liquid doesn't cause males to enter toxic shock.

Girls are so good at getting guys to do things for them that the "sisters doing it for themselves" theory never really left the "proof-of-concept" stage ...

I mean why should it? Once she's proven she can do it a real sister convinces some sappy-eyed guy to do it for her. :P

And has anyone noticed that it's 12 guys to 1 girl in here? I feel some serious foot-rubbing, going-to-the-store-for-girly-stuff buying, kowtowing, catering, purse-holding, shameless humiliating self-effacing solicitous schmoozing in the air ... any second now ...

"Here, I'll take my cell phone and you can take my purse and buy me a few things on this list while I talk to my sister."

Bah, you KNOW they secretly enjoy that ...
