[REQ] Fixing a Teladi Civil War

Hello, to make this brief, the Teladi and Ministry are having a civil war in my game.

Not wanting to restart, and not knowing WHY, I'm curious if there is ANYWAY to fix this?
I simply want them to stop shooting at each other, as immersion aside, Teladi space is being kneecapped.

I'm under no illusion that this isn't mod related, I simply don't know which one and I'm thinking the damage is done.
So, is there a way via MD to stop the madness?
