I guess the Profit Guild will have to take into consideration whether the author was Teladi, or of another race. If written by a Teladi, as a critique on Teladi culture, it may be an intraversion of one being's look at society. If written by a member of another race, or of the pirate presence, it could definitely be libel.

Judging from the economy of words used throughout, my guess is Teladi. Anyone else?
