Dal Busta bug?

My mission says to speak with Dal Busta and the yellow line leads me to the sca pirate base and the transporter room before disappearing. Normally a transporter option is highlighted in yellow but there’s nothing. I’ve tried talking to the manager and security to see if anything pops up but no. I read on another post this big was supposed to be fixed post 3.2 but it appears to not be. Anyone else having this issue?

This can happen if one has followed the TER "diplomacy" plot without finishing the HAT plot and the PHQ plot so that Dal Busta will appear in the PHQ...
If that is the case just finish these two plots (no need for any research in HQ just for it to be there).

EDIT: Another time (the only as far as I know) that Dal Busta is not in PHQ is during the Split plot, where he is waiting for you on the funeral ship...

Cheers, I’ll finish the other plots and hope he reappears after that. Was enjoying the HAT ones but pretty much accepted every plot going! Such a great game!

Actually turns out I’ve started neither of the other two plots so beginning to think this is a bug

I think the OP is probably talking about the mission to a SCA station where you meet Dal, his escort, and an SCA lieutenant for a chat about a HAT/SCA truce. The chat takes place outside on a dock rather than in a room, so check out the various station dock areas. If the relevant station dock is damaged or destroyed, then there may be a different issue with the mission not having checked for that before setting the dock as the meeting target. The worst of it is that you anyway get sent away while Dal does the chatting - so why were you even needed there?

If I remember correctly, Dal is waiting for you in the docking area in this mission. Walk around the station.

Not sure if this thread is stil relevant, but I had the same bug today.
Dockes at the SCA station to talk to Dal, expecting him in the docking area, but he was missing, and the mission giuide tells me to leave the station. Leaving the station it points me to the exact same landing pad that I just came from.

After inspecting the station, I noticed that it had 2x docking modules. As soon as I went to the second docking module the mission guidance renewed and pointed me to where Dal was waiting for me.
So maybe it would be great if the mission guidance could pont me to the correct docking module to land on, or when landed on the wrong module, then to guide me to the elevator and point to the correct module.
