The twins have a high morale, they take quite a beating before he's convinced that the Astrid should be in a better hand

a small tip for those who decide to fight fire with fire (Astrid vs Astrid)
when the shield is below 5% pause the game turn off all turrets and leave one on to keep the pressure on,
because when the shields down the turrets will cut through the Astrid's hull like hot knife through butter...

I learned the hard way that the NPC Astrid was made of paper. It blew up a second after I got it's shields down with my Astrid's turrets.
But it was so satisfying nuking that jerk's ship that I didn't revert to an earlier save. If only the escape pod wasn't invulnerable...

And actually 1 Astrid is more then enough already: having 2 of them just parked or to mess with is not worth it at all.

It is still the best condensate cargo ship and the best AA turret mount.
Parking your Astrid on the full beam Asgard is the best beam show.

I have tried multiple times where his hull is down to almost nothing and he wont bail. Sometimes he alerts local security and I'm screwed. I've already blown up the Vig factory and paid them $15m. My rep is at +4. Maybe I should forget about second Astrid for now.
