Sector Trader not actually buying Mk2 Drone

It goes to station to buy drone. Command changes to sell and it leaves station without any freight and then goes back to buy drones and loops indefinitely

No clue if this affects Universe Traders.

I moved him to a sector without a drone factory and it is business as usual.
