Supply for Energy Cells in Terran Space

Dont know what's going on in this chapter but in Terran space there seems to be an issue with the for energy cell supply ad there seems to be no way I can jump-start it either. It seems as f the NPC traders seem to have no urgency with trading in crystals. There has been multiple times where I have had to control a TS by ordering it to dock at multiple crystal fabs just to get crystals to SPPs hoping that the GOD engine would kick in but nothing seems to work and there are some complexes that I am controlling that need energy cells. In all my years I have never seen energy cells in such supply as I am seeing here.
