Hi,
How can I save a loadout to use later through Special Commands -> Apply Loadout?
I've got an expansion of fleet in mind, and it's going to be an absolute pain if I had to equip every single ship manually each time.
Alternatively, is there another option of clone certain ships weapon/shield/equipment/wares aside from the Loadout?

Re: Ship Loadouts
As far as I can tell, you dock a fitted ship at the HQ to save its loadout (adjust station parameters, > click on fitted ship > Save loadout). It them shows up under Special Commands > Apply Loadout for the same ship type. Of course, you can just dock the new ships at the HQ and go to 'adjust station parameters', scroll down to the 'saved loadouts' section and apply the loadouts with a single click there. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to copy E-Cells or Fighter Drones.
I think Supply Command Software can clone a ships equipment, but I've never tried it.

Fantastic, thank you! I can't believe I've used this menu so many times to reverse engineer and repair ships but I've never noticed save loadout option!
