Drones and modules

Hi

I m currently finish a mod to play xenons. My last problems is about drones especially on buildmodules. Shipyards, despite efforts to forbide it, still propose me usual drones made from smart ships energycells and drone compo. Someone know where and what is the file (s) where I can change the type and number of drone allocated to modules ?
