I recently realised that overall amazing Geochen Miner (on paper) is practically unusable for me because the ship model takes literally half of the screen. I'm going to buy TL soon, to use it as my main civilian ship, but I really concerned about the cabin view way more than about characteristics. Maybe about the size as well.
I hope someone with more experience could provide some suggestions about the TLs based on this characteristics.
Also would be nice to know if Argon Phantom better than Split Iguana in this regard, or should I switch to Ocelot, maybe, and become more used to bulkier things before moving from TP to TL?
The least bulky TL and TP?

I dont fly TLs and TSs myself, so cant say anything on that regard.
Regarding TP, I found Phantom has a too long nose for my liking. Ocelot is much better and its faster too.

X fanatic. More of an X3 fanatic.
What about X4? Nah, I prefer a space simulator rather than a walking simulator.

Flying any capital yourself is just asking for unavoidable collisions at gates and stations, in my experience. I might be wrong but the one with the smallest profile might be the Ozias. Added benefit of being able to dock TS/TP. Can't dock fighters. Fairly cheap.
This sı not ǝpısdn down.

I'm a big fan of the Ozias, but I think the the Elephant might be smaller. IIRC it has the lowest cargo volume of all TLs though.

You might check out the Angel TP. It has no nose-cone during flight and decent stats. Most TPs don't have enough cargo space to be jumping around the universe, but the Angel is one of the best. As far as TLs, I think the Atmospheric lifter has no nose-cone. It's huge but flat, so you don't tend to hit things when turning as much as when you try to pass something too close. Using 3rd person view (F2) can help if you have to fly it in tight spots.
The Ozias doesn't have a nose cone either and a much smaller diameter than the AL, but it's about the same size as a Mammoth because of the shames on its nose and tail. You have to be more careful when turning.
