Station upgrades do not show timer

It works for the other complex, fine.

What i did was to build a new complex iin this sector, noticed later i have something i can move in another sector.
So i went in the other sector and disconnected everything, picked them up and connected them to the other complex.
All of them expect the current upgrading sun oil are migrated from another complex.
