[BUG] Influential achievement has incorrect description

On Steam and in-game the achievement "Influential" currently states: "Spend 10,000 influence."

However the actual requirement is 100,000 influence, as shown in the in-game achievement list and in the frequent progress updates in-game.

Not a big deal, though hopefully an easy fix.
