Acquiring Agents

I was wondering. Beside the Agent you get with the story Mission is really the only way to get more doing these TP Taxi Missions or are the other ways aswell?

Station mission defenses also may award them.
And you can use discovery points to buy them, though in my opion they are very expensive.

So far Taxi and Station defence are the only way though missions, and of course using discovery points (note to self, trying to shorten it to DP just doesn't seem to work...) to buy them. I agree with Chip as well, they do seem a little over priced, even if I think all the ones I've brought start with a full 8 actions.
