I capped an atmo from Jupiter aiming to use it as a mobile mining base ship. But it cannot dock any TS ship even though its stated so in the description.
It cant dock any M6 either. I havent tried TP and TM yet, but I doubt it will be the same. It can dock smaller ships below M3s though.

yeah the atmoshperic lifter is a bit funny. Depending on what description you look at it shows in that M3,M4 and M5 can dock and in others that freighters can dock.
