Can not sell own build ships to npcs- heavy moded game

Any One knows which well known mod can cause such behaviour?
Or it is just new vanillia feature?

(Econ Bal) Player ships built at a player shipyard can't be sold (not retroactive)

FE economy balance module.

If i may, i recommend you to never use a mod without reading exactly what the mod does, especially when using a lot of mods at once.
