[Bug][Beta] Explorer becomes spam-bot

So my explorer ran out of satelites when I was away from computer and had game running with SETA on.

Well. I came back to 2k+ (and still counting) messages that he is unable to continue deploying satelites.

And yes I know you can simply give any other task to that explorer to stop spam. Tho... I have a question is there any way to quickly delete almost 3k messages?
