Construction Trans Orbital Accelerator crash game

I ran into a problem, I started installing a trans orbital accelerator in the Gaian Star system, or whatever it is, when placing the game freezes tightly, I have not tried it yet, and the guild of researchers does not allow me to place it in another place until I place it in Gaian Star
