Load save and wait till "Your Enhanced Mercury" (favorite property tab) dock at solar power plant. If i stop him everything goes fine.
He has teladi sectors whitelist, so maybe this have some effect.
Also, if i give him command to create satellite network (advanced only) he docks to military outpost and start to spam messages about "they are not on sale".

This is an identified bug with MK3 trader.

It will be fixed in an upcoming patch.
Edit:
You may add [Solved] tag infront of the thread title instead of Game Crash. Will prevent confusion for other users. Thanks.
