Are there any mods that fix errr I mean enhance Fleet command, especially in regards to AUX Ships and Carriers

You probably need to be more specific about the modifications you're looking for, otherwise it's just a complaint thread disguised as a mod discussion.

Hmm....Well, considering that it is often the case that many mods exist because modders have decided to fix or improve something that the devs can't or won't fix or improve, I figured everyone on this section of the forum could instantly relate to a desire to find a mod that could fix or enhance, however you want to phrase it, the overly complex and clucky UI in this game
that doesn't ever work like you would expect it to. Guess I was wrong.

Anyway to take a more serious tone so that I can get a serious answer.

I am wondering if there is any mods that improves Fleet command, especially in regards to Aux Ships and Carriers because they aren't functioning quite like I expected/hoped. I have not seen anything from browsing Steam or the Nexus but that doesn't mean I haven't missed it or that what I am looking for isn't part of some big total overhaul mod.

I guess to try to give an example, I use the Mules, Supply and Warehouses Extend Mod. This mod does everything that we, or at least I wish the UI, would let us do but doesn't as far as things like setting up traders, logistics chains, etc. It adds custom behaviors and additional options that you would expect would be available in the base game but aren't. Basically it adds a ton of QoL features that the game is lacking. I am looking for a mod that adds similar quality of life enhancements to fleet management and combat command and control. Something more streamlined, maybe with an added commands and behaviors, basically anything that makes commanding a fleet be less frustrating to deal with.

As far as any complaint goes, I guess you could take my desire to find a mod that makes a part of the game I find frustrating more fun as a complaint but as I mentioned a good chuck of mods exist solely because the modder was seeking an improvement on whatever aspect of the game they modded. Also generally speaking, if I want to rant or complain, I usually keep that on the General Forum where it belongs.
