Game freezing. Trying to figure out which extension broke my game

Using several extensions from steam.

Game freezes occasionaly. It slowly got worse and now my game locks up for several minutes at a time every 30 minutes or so. Sometimes it never unlocksup and I have to close the game from the task manager and reload the most recent save. Recently it has lockedup every time I log in within a few minutes of play.
I only had 3 extensions on when the issue first started, but I have added a few more since.

I am using:
Crystal Rarities by Drewgamer
DeadAir Dynamic Wars
Encounters
Faction enhancer Catchup, Econ ai, and War modules
Faster Crew Leveling
Ship Reverse Engineering
Signal_Leak_Hunter
TaterTrade
V1024 - Civilian Fleets


The main error I see in the debug.text is:

This error repeats thousands of times with different entity ids. Full log available at request.

Another thing is that the game starts using more and more memory the longer I wait to end the program using the task manager. Highest I let it get is 9000 Mb of memory

I have tried unassigning and reassigning every trader and miner. But no change so far. Still messing with things to try to fix it.

i have same, try disable "Faction enhancer Econ ai", after hour play freezing will be fixed.
idk its help for you or not, but for me its help.

I tried disabling the Faction enhancer econ ai, but it didnt help my most recent save. I am going to play from an older save and see if that solved the problem or not, but I am still getting a lot of those same errors

Alright, that did not fix my game. Will keep trying things

Alright, so I disabled all my mods and the issue seems to be gone. I then started slowly re-enabling mods and determined that when I enable Faction Enhancer - War Module, the issue returns. I am not sure if something broke my save and that is why the war module is causing problems, or it was a change in the base game. Regardless, I will keep playing without it to see if the problem is truly gone.

Faction enhancer has a feature for npc blacklists that may be causing it. Might be worth posting the error message in his thread and checking if he knows of any issues
