Joint long range scan mission not working [Save game Attached] - Full fix in a future build.

vanilla game but the game was started using the last beta.

I have positioned ships at all 3 Nav beacons.
I have activated long range scan.
I have teleported between ships and navigated upto the Beacons
I have teleported to a 4th ship away from the 3 ships
I have teleported to each ship and started long range scan
I have Com messaged each pilot to see if there is an option to activate Long range Scan

Nothing works.

If i teleport to one of the ships and fly away and I am instructed once again to fly to the 3rd beacon.
but nothing happens after i start the scan

I have activated long range scan.

Shift-3 only activates the long range scanner mode, however, you have to press, hold and release the secondary fire button ("r" key by default) in order to initiate the actual long range scan. Did you do that?
If you have done this, and still nothing happens, please provide a savegame.

In this mission I will try do do some progress steps but game will stuck with no error. Application just hung up and no response until force close.
Steps for reproduce:
1. Fly to marked by mission nav point
2. Listen for boron
3. Activate scanner Shift+3
4. Press "R" button
5. Game hung up

I have activated long range scan.

Worked for me right away. Loaded your save, pressed shift-3 to activate long range scanner mode, initiated a long range scan using 'r' and the mission immediately continued. I saved directly afterwards.

I have tried this again and its worked.
I did try this multiply times including saving and exiting the game and then reloading without success.

Hotfix1 may have resolved this???

Hello,
I got the same issue today. Could it be a regression ?
Another mission needing a terminal hacking in the same region did not trigger either. Terminal hacking was not possible.

Somewhat unlikely. The savegame will be useful, but please start a new thread and provide the other information requested in the first sticky thread at the top of the forum as well.
