[MOD REQUEST] Gender swap for spear of the patriarch start

Hello, I was wondering if any savvy modders out there might be able to create a hopefully simple mod that changes the spear of the patriarch player character from female to male. I want to play this start but have no interest in playing a female character.

Either a mod or a tutorial on how to change it for myself would be greatly appreciated.
